MY GARAGE is a car simulation game that mainly focuses on simulating real car repair and maintenance and physical behaviour.

Damage system so you can repair and replace any body panels
Paint system
Suspension where every part has a use, wear and tear that affects handling
Engine with realistic behavior and components (down to oil condition affecting wear)
Environment
Your own garage for which you will have to buy parts and tools
Tools - for everything there is a special tool - there's even a tire pump lying around somewhere (you'll have to buy a new one if you lose this one)
Stores – that sell supplies, auto parts, paint, angle grinders that will need new discs, etc.
Scrap yards – where you can find car parts or even a whole car if you think it's worth saving
